The 2010 Cape Cod Saint Patrick's Parade is Saturday March 7, 2010. On Route 28 beginning at 11:00 at School Street in West Dennis and ending at Forest Road and Rt 28 in South Yarmouth (pray no rain)
The Cape Cod St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held in Dennis, Massachusetts on Saturday, March 7th, 2010, and will muster at 10:00 A.M. at the Dennis Chamber of Commerce, near the intersection of Rtes. 28 and 134. (Parade Operations Center will be located inside the Kream 'N Kone Restaurant.)
The staging area will be the parking lot behind the Dennis Chamber of Commerce. The actual parade route will start from the driveway of the parking lot, heading north on Swan River Road, to the intersection of Routes 28 and 134. Then left onto Route 28, heading west for 8/10ths of a mile to the Speakeasy Cafe parking lot, where the parade will end.
The Cape Cod St. Patrick's Day Parade
Committee welcomes your application to participate in this historic event. We
are expecting an impressive turnout of both spectators and Parade entries. As we
have a limit of the amount of participants for this two hour parade, we would
greatly appreciate your earliest reply to facilitate plans for lining up the
Parade.
You may download an application form here for your convenience. Please include
all information on your Band, Marching Unit or Float, and any comments which you
feel would be of help. At a later date, if your application is successful, you
will receive a packet with all the information detailing directors, position,
and suggested arrival time, etc. Please direct any correspondence to Terry Clen,

Acclaimed singer Patricia Brady is performing two shows on St.
Patrick's Day eve with an all-star cast of musicians, singers and dancers.
Known as the Irish Nightingale and praised by the New York Times for
her "sweetness and purity of tone," Brady was named one of the "100
Outstanding Irish-Americans." in 2000 by Irish America Magazine. Ms.
Brady has traveled around the world as a performer of classical, popular and
traditional melodies. She is being joined at the Ireland on Parade concert
by Highland piper Matt McArthur, and the Greene-O'Leary School of Irish
Dance. Also appearing are the Collegiate Choir from Stonehill College and
the Concert Choir from Oliver Ames High School, directed by Charlene
Dalrymple. Ms. Brady's concert typically includes some of Ireland's most
mellifluous melodies by composers like Thomas Moore, James L. Molloy,
Chauncy Olcott and others. Part of the performance includes an old fashioned

Massachusetts, who began settling in the Worcester area as early as 1718. In
1825 Irish immigrants came to Worcester to build the city's canals and

Irish Society's Annual Dinner
Formed in 1737 by Boston Irish merchants, the Charitable Irish Society is
the oldest Irish organization in North America. Each year its members gather
on St. Patrick's Day to celebrate their long standing traditions of

Downtown Holyoke - The 53rd annual Holyoke Parade is reckoned to be one of
the largest in the nation. The parade is the culmination of numerous Irish

Worcester St. Patrick's Day Parade
Mill Street, Worcester
The 22nd annual St. Patrick's Day Parade celebrates the Irish of Central
Massachusetts, who began settling in the Worcester area as early as 1718. In
1825 Irish immigrants came to Worcester to build the city's canals and
roadways, and the community flourished thereafter. The parade begins at Mill
Street and ends at Highland Street. (Noon) 508 755-1855
Abington St. Patricks Day Parade
This year Abington celebrates the 25th anniversary of
its St. Patricks Day Parade. The parade includes 20-25 floats and decorated
vehicles, 300 marchers, and a variety of marching bands. The parade begins
at St. Patrick's Square, in Abington Center (corner of Orange and Washington
Streets) and ends in North Abington Center. The parade is supported by the
South Shore Irish American Society.

Boston's St. Patrick's Day Parade
South Boston - Southie's 104th annual parade takes
place the Sunday after St. Patrick's Day. This year's parade celebrates the
200th anniversary of the incorporation of South Boston (1804-2004). The
parade features marching bands and pipe bands throughout North America
including the Boston Police Gaelic Column of Pipes and Drums (pictured
right). South Boston is Boston's most Irish neighborhood and has a glorious
tradition of helping others while keeping Irish heritage alive.(1:00

Holyoke St. Patrick's Day
Parade
Downtown Holyoke - The 53rd annual Holyoke Parade is reckoned to be one of
the largest in the nation. The parade is the culmination of numerous Irish
events in March that celebrate the Irish community of western Massachusetts,
many of whom emigrated from County Kerry and the Blasket Islands in the 20th

Shore and Cape Cod communities. The parade ends at scenic Scituate Harbor.
Scituate is nicknamed the Irish Riviera, since many Irish politicians like
James Michael Curley and the Kennedys liked to vacation there in
